How to factory reset RG-S2910C without

I have a RG-S2910C-24GT2XS-HP-E switch but I can't find a way to reset the switch without having access to the CLI. I can't access to the CLI because the previous IT Admin that had this switch configured didn't send me the credentials. I need to reset the Switch in order to start the configuration from scratch. Does anyone know if is even possible doing that without access to the CLI, and if it's possible how to do it? Thanks in advance. |

I wonder whether you can't log in to the cli of the device now because you don't have a password?
