Every time when trying to add AP820L v3 to ruijie cloud, it will stuck at syncing and format reset all things.

Can you help to check the following aspects:
  • May I know the SN of the device,?Please provide the picture of current status of AP on the Cloud ?
  • If device keep syncing on the Cloud, you can try to click manually deliver on the device

3.If there is firewall on the network, please check whether these port numbers have been allowed
