Some of the devices connected well enough to report the MAC to cloud but not well enough to Sync and show online IN CLOUD. FROM LAN.. using EWEB and connecting to Engineering all devices report proper IP and online status and functions and i can switch over to them... but cannot eWeb from cloud to any other than Engineering. The only difference is the Egress IP... the IP address is correct range, gateway is correct, subnet mask good.. 2 questions... is there a way to make the Engineering AP the Master, and why is this not working... even the egress is not consistent and 3 are showing as never been online according to the cloud and while locally they function perfectly fine. Indicator light on AP is solid green except the 3 showing never been online. I did factory reset on all and added their SN in the Cloud then rebooted them to get to where I am now. Previously used the app on phone and scanned to add, same result... Thanks for any suggestions. CW |
1. I noticed that some devices have version P55. Can you update it to the latest version? 2. AP is offline on the cloud means AP cannot be managed by the Cloud because the communication between the AP and the cloud is abnormal. This does not indicate the AP network status. 3. May I know whether offline AP can ping these url from AP local web?
