Helloturkiye antalya adora resort hotel my cloud user serkantuluk@adora.com.tr For the last 1 week, my online switches are constantly offline in the cloud by themselves, I have access to the switches but I can't see them in the cloud |

May I know the switch model and firmware version please? How many device has this issue? Can these switches get an address and access the Internet when they are offline? May I know the topology? Do you have the firewall in network? I shared a post just in case you need it.
