Original
Step1: Check that the network cable is properly connected to the LAN port of the device and the corresponding LED indicator blinks or is steady on.
Step2: Before accessing the configuration GUI, set the IP assignment mode to obtain an IP address automatically (recommended), so that the server with DHCP enabled can automatically assign an IP address to the PC. To designate a static IP address to the PC, set the IP address of the PC in the same network segment as the IP address of the management interface.
Step3: Run the ping command to test the connectivity between the PC and the device.

If you can not ping through 192.168.1.1, you cancheck the device's actual lan interface ip address via CLI: Ruijie#show ip int bri or you canrestore the device to factory settings to try to login again.
Step4: Check if the device's web service isenabled.
Console to the EG and type these commands: Ruijie#show web-service to check:

If the web service is disabled, you can use this command to enable it:
Ruijie>enable
Ruijie#conft
Ruijie(config)#enableservice web-server all
Ruijie(config)#end
Ruijie#wr  //save the config
By default, the http port is 80, https port is 443.
Step5: Check the device version: show version. If it is not the latest version, please upgrade it and test it again.
Step6: If you still fail to login, please contact us at Ruijie Support
