 Configure Alarm Threshold for Device goes online/offline frequently. Here is the reference example: 1. 2 hours is 120 minutes. 2. devices inform time will take 3 minutes to be connected to cloud.  120/3 =40, means the maximum number of times devices can online/offlie is 40. 40 x 20%=8. Means alarm is generated if the online connection exceeds 8 times. If more than 8 times are online/offline within 2 hours, an alarm email will be sent. |
