Client get a poor connection even if he is close to the AP

Hi, My client connect to the AP but receive "Poor connection" as below :   His distance was not even 10 feet from the AP  Please advice on how to solve this issue. |

Is there the same question when the other devices are in the same spot? How many devices are connecting to this ap? plz log on to the AP and go to the client page to confirm. and what is the mac of the client's device? can you find the client on the associated clients list of the related ap when he is connecting? and what is the rssi ? |
