I have a Ruijie AP680 model device. The device was registered to the cloud account by someone else before me. We cannot reach the person. I physically have the device and I reset it. But I can't add it to cloud. How can I remove the link?

Dear:

Can you reach us on live chat to help you with that problem? We will ask you for a picture with the SN and time watermark (date and time) to unbind, which is sensitive information.
