RG-EG105G(Router)+ RG-EW1200(Access Point) wifi stop working

Hi Support

I have setup the following
1. RG-EG105G(Router) x1
2. RG-EW1200(Access Points) x 30
Everything was working 100% for months and after last firmware update
RG-EW1200 wifi stop working. LAN on RG-EW1200 is working 100%, can access internet.


Need help not sure what to do...

Dear:
Can you help me with the following information please?

1. What is the firmware version of all your RG-EW1200 use?

2.
What is the firmware version of RG-EG105G?
3. May I know what do you mean when you tell me is not working the SSID? you can not find them on available networks list?

4. Can you describe your topology sir? how are your devices connected?

5. how is the power supply to your EWs?

1. RG-EW1200 - ReyeeOS 1.219.2001


2. RG-EG105G - ReyeeOS 2.237.0.2024




3. RG-EW1200 Wifi - I can connect but very very slow. cant even do a speed test. All devices are getting IP's





When I plug in LAN cable to RG-EW1200 it is working 100%






4. RG-EG105G in server room, connecting to network switches in building and in each department is using RG-EW1200


5. Power supply is Power adapter that came with RG-EW1200





Everything was working 100%, after firmware updates problem
