PRE-LOGIN AUTHENTICATION TO ACCESS FREE WIFI

Is it possible to set-up a pre-login authentication or survey before the user can access the wifi? We set up a survey in the post-login URL, but the problem is the user keeps on ignoring our Survey and we cant gather data for our free wifi service experience. The idea we cam up is to set a Pre-Login survey before they can access the free wifi. |
