How to download and downgrade firmware RAP2200E

Hi bros. I have got the seriously issue: after upgrade Firmware to latest version (ReyeeOS 2.262.0.2301) the signal and bandwidth was throttled. I have 8 RAP, and cloud control. 2 RAP got this issue. The firmware before upgrade: - ReyeeOS 2.230.0.2003
