The online status depends on the keepalive packet of the device, which is reported every three minutes (180S). To avoid false reports, the redundancy of the keepalive period is three times (3*180S). If the cloud does not receive the keepalive packet sent by the device in the three packet exchanges, the device is considered offline. When a device goes online, the cloud determines that the device is online after receiving the one-time keepalive packet within180 seconds. |
