I configured the VPN server, exported the configuration, imported said configuration into the VPN client and after authenticating with correct user and password I connected to the OpenVPN Server but I cannot access any of the LAN devices. I configured the Deliver Route with my LAN address and subnet which is 10.0.0.0 sunet 255.255.255.0. I could not find where you configure firewall rules in the reyee app but I assume that by configuring OpenVPN server the rules should be created automatically. Anyway, like I said, I could not create rules if I wanted too because I cannot find where to do that. Can somebody point me in the right direction here? |
Dear sir Thank you for contacting us 1. How did you test and pass the ping? If you are pinging the PC, can you check if the PC has turned off the firewall? 2. Can you ping the address of the device under the LAN port normally on the EG? 3. Can the user ping 10.0.0.0 the gateway address of the network segment? can you also help provide the network sharing if the device online on Ruijie Cloud ? you can refer the following link to share and send the link to this email chenzixuan3@ruijie.com.cn 【New reminder】How to share the project in the new version of the Ruijie Cloud? - Cloud - ruijienetworks |
GTAC-Joy replied at 2024-2-3 00:14 Thank you for taking up the question. I just solved it. It was in fact a matter of the device's firewall. I was trying to access a particular device and later I did a network scan and realized I could see a ton of other devices, but not that one, so I created a rule at the device's firewall allowing traffic from the VPN network. Thanks again. |
