Issue Description: Upon configuring and applying bandwidth limits in the settings for the Ruijie RAP 2260G Access Point, we have encountered an anomaly where the actual internet speed exceeds the configured limits during testing. Configuration Details: Access Point Model: Ruijie RAP 2260G Firmware Version: ReyeeOS 2.262.0.2301 Configuration Interface: [Specify if you are using the web interface, command-line interface, etc.] Limit Settings: 5 mbps Observations: Despite applying the configured limits, the speed test results indicate that the actual internet speed surpasses the defined limitations.
