Multiple projects managed by the same subaccount

Hi Support For your help, we need to grant the same user created as a subaccount two different projects hosted in the cloud. We have tried to create it from the subaccount profile but it indicates that the user has already been created. |

Dear, Good day, Could you please a creenshot of the error you're encountering? When email has been created before in the cloud, meaning it already has its own account, it will display the message.  Regards |
