Hey members
I have 10pcs of Ruijie EG105-G-V2 and they just disappeared from the cloud.
Dose someone knows what happened.

Dear Mike Wamanga,

Are those devices bound to your account and did they disappear from the projects on your account? Did you reset the devices?

I have the same problem. All my devices disappeared from the cloud.
It says the devices are not in the correct country, but they were fine till now.
