upnp problems with xbox

I installed a Ruijie router model: RG-EW300PRO for a Wisp client since his previous tplink brand router had been with him for years and needed a change. We wanted to try this Ruijie model and everything was great until a few days ago, the client told us. That your Xbox mentions problems with UpnP, can someone help me how to solve that problem, since it is the first time that it is presented to us on a Ruijie computer. greetings |
