Unable to remote to AP's

Good Day I am unable to remote to my access points but I can remote to the Reyee Router using the Eweb tunnel, is it possible that the router is blocking me from accessing the access points behind it?  |

Dear sir May I know what error prompts when you tried to access the Reyee AP eweb tunnel? Can you share with me your network to further check?  Best regards Jenny |
