Hi Jenny,
as mentioned in the below screenshot, Connected clients on this Wi-Fi network are isolated and cannot communicate with each other. do not work!

Dear,  good day.
In this case, if you have activated the feature on the device and it doesn't work because you can still communicate with the devices on the network, you should verify that the device has the latest firmware version. If so, and it still doesn't take the configuration, I recommend that you contact us through live chat to review it in detail.

Here the client isolation function only take effect on the users which are connected to the same Wi-Fi of the same AP. If they are connected to the same SSID that broadcast by different APs, they can not be isolated successfully. If you still have doubts about this issue, please help share your network to us via email: service_rj@ruijienetworks.com for privacy purpose. We will check and provide a better solution ASAP.
