Good Day, I noticed when upgrading the ES205GC-P switch to the latest firmware that's available on the cloud (ESW_1.0(1)B1P27,Release(11131015), I'm unable to give the switch a static IP address. But when i down grade the switch then it excepts the static IP address. When you change the "Auto Obtain IP" from Enabled to Disabled, then enter your static IP info, the "save" button does nothing. |
Hello sir, this is a noted bug in current firmware version, and it will be solved by the next firmware version which will be launched in June, for temporary solution: 1. This phenomenon only appears in the English interface. When switching to Chinese, the modification is normal. You can help customers make changes in the Chinese interface, and then switch the page language back after the change. English 2. This phenomenon occurs in version P27. If you downgrade to P21 or previous versions, you can use this function normally (except for RG-ES206GS-P and RG-ES210GS-P). |
