Hikvision camera system automatic identification

Dear Support, I've some hikvision camera and hikvision controller/recorder on my reyee network, but some of them recognized, some not. What is the method of detection? The device's mac address? Can i add manually a hikvision device to the topoligy? I checked the mac address of the non recognized hikvision controller, it's almost the same the others. An other question, sometimes i get alert, that camera or cam system not working. This test uses ping or mac-ping? Regards! Szabolcs |
