I try to block web and youtube apps but both not working. At first I just want to try block 1 or 2 IP but fail, the I try to block all user also fail. User still can access YouTube on the network.










The most weird thing happen is in audit list it show some user blocked from accessing Youtube, but the user actually just fine accessing.

Hi, I already follow that guide before, and the issue still occur. No mater what I do nothing happened

Hi, User 21054

If the user can still access the blocked application although some of the traffic has been identified as the blocked application, it may be caused by an outdated application database. Please update the application database as in the following page:
