I'm sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information.Can you help to check the follows aspects:


1.May I know your device model? If If you are using reyee AP or gateway, this feature is not supported.



2.If you configured captive portal on  ruijie AP , please share the project with me, this is my email:liuxiyang@ruijie.com.cn
