How can I unbind someone's account from the cloud that they already transferred from another department which does not provide a user.

Do you want to unbind devices from another account?
Please take a picture of the device S/N and add your local timestamp to the image and then please send the pictures to service_rj@ruijienetworks.com and we will help you unbind the devices.
