Edited by John Massey at 2024-7-4 01:04 Hi I've just bought four WAPs for a project a work building. I've plugged one into my home router via a switch to get the hang of it but when I scan for networks on my phone it doesn't show. I've tried rebooting the router and the wap. Any tips please for a non-techie? |
Dear sir Please check the AP Wi-Fi settings via Network-Wide > Workspace > Wireless > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi List: You may try to create a simple SSID (try to disable wifi6 function and set to open mode, please check whether the hide ssid function has been enabled) on the device to see whether the terminal device still can not search the wifi and test whether all the terminal devices have the same issue. Best regards Jenny |
