Good Day. We are an ISP based in Botswana. We have more than 300 EW300-PRO in our network on clients side. We have for the past week experienced an issue with the routers. More than 100 routers have gone offline. On investigations we found that the routers have lost all the memory. No wifi can be detected. No LAN/WAN ports are working. Even trying to reset by clicking the reset button doesnt work at all. EW300-PRO |
Hello sir, Good day! May you record a video about one of the devices lan/wan cannot work by plugging cable and devices? and including reset procedure which contains LED changing while resetting; beside, the video should contain no wifi can be detected by mobile after reset. |
