Dear Sir,
1.First, please ensure that the user on the cloud device is connected properly.
2.Second, check the AP to find Client.



3.If a user exists locally on the device, but not in the cloud,check whether the local information is synchronized to the cloud. Check the AP synchronization status. You can see that the synchronization status of some aps is always in the synchronizing state.
4.Check whether a firewall blocks ports on the network.
5.Check whether the EG is authenticated and contains the IP address of the AP that is not synchronized successfully.
