Check if these three access points were previously connected to Ruijie Cloud to rule out device model restrictions. 2. Check if the uplink firewall is configured correctly to avoid blocking ports 80 and 443, as well as the IP addresses of these three access points. 3. Check if these three access points have Internet access. Since they use static IP addresses, confirm that their gateway IP address is correctly configured and can be pinged successfully. 4.Perform ping tests to 8.8.8.8 and the default cloud URL to verify domain name resolution and response addresses. 5. Check the CPE WAN Management Protocol (CWMP) status and configuration. The cause has been identified: the ACS URL was incorrect. After entering the correct URL, the access points successfully connect to Ruijie Cloud.
