Issue Description
A wireless client can neither access the Internet nor detect Wi-Fi signals
Network Topology

1. Possible Cause
1.1 The wireless client cannot detect signals due to excessive signal attenuation, caused either by a long distance from the router or by being surrounded by alarge number of metal objects.
1.2 The power adapter is non-original, which results in insufficient power supply.
1.3 The NIC of some clients do not support Wi-Fi 6, 5.2 GHz band, and channels 10–13,or the client may use a different country/region codes, leading to channel mismatches.
1.4 Some smart home IoT devices do not support 5G signals.
1.5 Therouter is enabled with Hide SSID, configured with Effective Time, or disabled with the Wi-Fi functions.
1.6 If channels 116–128 are Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) channels, no 5G signal is transmitted for 10 minutes.
2. Troubleshooting
2.1 Wi-Fi Signals Cannot Be Detected Due to aLong Distance
If the router is too far away from clients such as mobile phones or PCs, the clientsmay fail to detect the router's signals due to being out of the signal range.
Move the clients near the router and check whether they can detect the signals.
2.2 The Radio Frequency Power Is Set Too Low, Resulting in Insufficient Signal Strength
Adjust the radio frequency power and try again.

2.3 The Power Adapter Is Non-Original, Resulting in Insufficient Power Supply
If the output power of the power module is abnormal, the router emits abnormal Wi-Fi signals and the LED blinks for a long time. In this case, check
whether the power adapter is original, and whether the current and voltage values on the power adapter match those on the label at the bottom of the router.

2.4 Some NICs Do Not Support Wi-Fi 6
Some client devices do not supportWi-Fi 6. If Wi-Fi 6 is enabled on the router, these client devices fail to detect signals. Disable Wi-Fi 6 and try again.

2.5 The Country Code is Not Correct
Check whether the country code matches the country where the client device is located.

2.6 The Router Is Enabled with Hide SSID or Configured with Effective Time
Disable HideSSID or change Effective Time for testing.

2.7 Choose Advanced > Wi-Fi Switch to Check Whether Wi-Fi Switch Is Toggled On
