Up Firmware for WS6008

Hi Ruijie,
Quest 1:
How can I up or down firmware for WS 6008 by USB? If yes, plz help me.
I upgrated lastest firmware, but now I can access it through webpage. I can ping but not access with ip 192.168.110.1
So now, I need change it's firmware by usb with older firmware.
My AC was produced in 2016.
Quest 2:
My  old customer: need open  the wireless network system.
The old system in 2019 has 2 AC WS6008 + 2 LIC 32. 127 APs include  520,710 and 630.
And now they need about > 100 WallPlate and >10 Indoor Wifi 6. So I will need upgrate firmware wifi6 for 2 AC.
I don't know the hardware version can compatible with lastes firmware. I don't want it fail same quest 1

I think, you really don't  understand my question or you dont' read clearly my senstences.
I wrote: " I don't know the hardware version can compatible with lastes firmware." Because this device was produced in 2019.
And in quest 1, my AC was produced in 2016. I try to upgrade with lastes firmware  but it is fail. -->  I only can ping it, I can not access through eweb ( post 1: I wrote " I can access through webpage but may be you don't understand)
I trying use tfptd64 to upgrade firmware but is not success.  
Ruijie has own tftp?

May I know your AC hardware version, you can check the firmware release note to see whether it is compatible.

Ruijie has its own tftp software, you can download in the attachment.
