Dear sir

Please help confirm how much is your ISP real bandwidth. If you directly connect to the ISP bandwidth is normal, please check the network cable. Check whether the network port between the router and optical modem, and that between the optical modem and computer can normally negotiate at 1000 Mbps.
For further troubleshoot this case, please help provide your complete running configuration file of the router and show us the speed test result to our support email (service_rj(Ruijie International) <service_rj@ruijienetworks.com>). Please help alsp provide your router SN so that we can record this case first. Thank you for your cooperation.
