I‘m sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information.
Can you help to check the following aspects:
1. Are you using the old UI? Please switch to the new UI. The functionality of the old UI is no longer maintained.



2. Which page you click and check this information? Is from user list? May you share  with me the full screenshot please?
3. What is your AP model? Is RG-AP180? If your AP model is RG-AP180 and you want to check Traffic Rate from client list, RGOS AP does not support to check this. This is device limitation.
