Hello, I‘m sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information. Can you help to check the following aspects: 1. Whether your device can obtain ip address? If yes, whether it can ping 8.8.8.8? If no, where is DHCP server? 2. when your HP device cannot get internet, whether other device can get internet at the same time? If other device can get the internet, may you try to reboot your HP device and test again ? If other device cannot get internet, may you pls access AP and check AP internet pls? 3. What is the topology? Which device is your gateway? Pls check whether your gateway enable some configuration like auth or blokcing policy. If the issue still exists, please talk with me again.
