auth failure

Captive portal is not registering and sign in on hotspot. Also on some devices when one attempts to fill form page the jumps to wifi settings. I'm using RG-RAP2266 How can this be resolved |

Dear user, Could you elaborate on the issue? Is it that the portal page cannot be loaded or client devices can access the Internet without authentication? |

Did you have the gateway device in your network? 2. For you captive portal setting, did you use the cloud auth or the local auth? 3.where is your auth point? 4. can you check the the post url setting?  |
