Hi, may i confirm that cannot connect to app---you  mean device offline on app? or app login problem?

Dear customer
I checked your device, it's looked can't bind this device to your project.
1. Can you try reset the device to test?
2. Can you login the device to check the cloud service and dns config ?
3. I checked your device model is X60, this device only sales in China, so if you use the Reyee APP to manager, maybe can't support.

1. 5-10 reset device
2. yes i can login cloud service

3. Previously I could manager
Reyee Router v1.4.12 but v1.4.13 can't
