cloud different project same SSID

I have multiple projects. The changes I made in the SSID settings of my 5 projects started to be applied synchronously in other projects. When I publish SSID as Net in the 1st project, the other 4 projects also broadcast wifi as Net and with the same password. I have this problem on the cloud, but everything looks normal in the mobile application.

Dear sir,
Good day.
Could you please kindly share me with screenshot? You mean you have multiple AP group or project?
SSID between project wil not affect each other, and according to your desciption, I think what you're saying is about AP group. And in the AP group, the first group is the main group, which will apply the configuration to all APs in the other groups.
If I'm misunderstanding the issue that you you're encountering, please kindly correct me. I'll help you with it.
Best regards,
Lex

I have 4 projects in the form of a b c and d, all of them have aps in different models, and when I publish SSID as ASD in project c, SSID with the same name starts to be published in projects a b and d, the existing SSID in those projects is deleted and the ASD SSID I created in project C comes instead. When I add a new SSID in addition to the ASD SSID as QWE in project B, 2 SSIDs are published in projects a b c and d: ASD and QWE

Dear sir,
Good day.

Dear Kir,
From your description, it is likely caused by the device groups settings. Could you check if the correct device group is selected in the SSID configuration page?

each group has its own SSID group
a ssid group in a project

of course there was no such problem in my previous groups. as I mentioned at the beginning of the post new project opened AP added. AP Deleted. project deleted. after these operations I started to get this error in 7 of the 29 projects I had previously created

Dear Sir,
Good day.

My projects are different and it is not possible for me to physically access the devices in remote locations. my solution for now is that I have broadcast encrypted SSIDs with the names a b c d for 4 locations. the devices can connect. but if I transfer the devices in the projects to another project, there are smart home devices etc. that are currently connected. it will be difficult to reconnect them. so it will not be possible to reset the devices or move them to another project.

best regards

Hello,

Dear sir,
Good day.
Let me confirm your question:
You configured the SSID for the AP in one project, and then added the AP to another project. But when you changed the SSID in the original project, you found that it would synchronize the SSID to the AP that originally belonged to this project but is now in another project, right?
If possible, please go to our live chat platform RITA(
www.ruijienetworks.com/rita ),so that we can better communicate in real time and locate the problem you encountered, or you can share your cloud account with me to my email: v-xiewenyu@ruijie.com.cn, and I will help you check it.
Best regards,
Lex
