after I upgraded my 1200g pro to ReyeeOS 1.308.2124, all my 1200g pro disappeared in the devices tab on eweb, but in the cloud it can still be seen. if I access via 1200g pro ip it says "the master device is unreachable" please help |
Andrei replied at 2024-11-10 12:06 Dear Andrei, As our R&D checked, this issue occurs because of the EW1200G-PRO units and the master device are in different VLANs. The self organized network does not support layer 3 network after firmware version 308. We suggest putting the EW1200G-PRO units and the master device in the same VLAN. To do so, you can set the ports that connect to the EW to trunk mode and set the default vlan to 233. |

me too, but at 1.219 also show this alert but it happen when i login 10.44.77.253 virtual controller Ip to check , but it working normally. |
