Hello, on my network I have a speed at around 300Mbps. When I connect a device directly on the router I have the same speed. But with the AP RG-RAP1200(F) it's limitated to 100Mbps. You can see on my config that I put Full Duplex/1000m but the actual status is still 100M. I tried to reboot but I don't know what I have to do to remove that limitation. My house has ethernet cables of category 6. If someone can help me to understand please. Thanks |

Dear sir, Good day. Regarding the slow speed test in unlimited mode: 1. Please check the power and bandwidth of the AP to ensure that the AP is operating in the highest performance mode 2. Please check that the device used for speed test is in good connection with the AP quality inspection. You can check the corresponding signal connection strength in the client list 3. You can use the Wi-Fi scanning tool to ensure that there is no interference in the environment Best regards, Lex |
Hi, correct, is limitated to 100Mbit as the AP has only Fastethernet ports connecting to the router so more than that speed you cannot obtain. Regards Marco |
Mturco84 replied at 2024-12-10 16:59 Thanks @Mturco84. So I have to change the AP (RG-RAP1200(F) ) ? Do you know a better model ? |
Fabrice Trey replied at 2024-12-10 19:28 Dear sir, Checked from the datasheet of RAP1200(F), it only have Fastethernet ports. Best regards, Lex |
