Hello Ruijie team ! I am using EST350-V2 to connect IP camera but it's alway unstable with lan port and need to unplug to connect it again. Note : All device EST350-V2 is online but camera can't connect to router. |

Dear Khuon, From the description, I gather that your camera connect reach the router with the bridging status is normal. Is that correct? When the issue happens, could you check if the camera is still in the client list?  If the camera is still in the client list but without an IP, it could be that the camera fails to aqcuire one due to IP conflict. In this case, you can check the IP allocation settings in your CPE unit and set it to DHCP so the camera can acquire an IP from your router.   Some camera models also have their own web UI in which you can set with static IP or DHCP. If you have such model, it is worth checking out its web UI. |
