Hi there, im new with the ruijie ecosystem and this is my first ruijie product
Im wondering my router keeps restarting itself, yesterday it happened twice already and today once, im using the power adapter that comes with the router.

Is it normal the normal rebooted itself? i checked for the auto reboot settings in EWeb config is turned off already.

Dear sir

I am deeply sorry causing  this issue, may I know have you tried to reset it? Could you also help check whether the power is normal when the device auto restart? Thank you for your cooperation.

I tried to reset my router (RIP my config i forgot to backup, so backup yours if you going to try this), and it didn't work, still worth trying but it still restarting and it got worse it restarting 5 times that day

Then i checked the power adaptor and sure enough it got corroded and i measure the voltage is 12,6V, so i got it replaced with 12V 2A power adaptor (the original power adaptor is 12V 1.5A), i think the problem is faulty power adaptor and the router didn't get enough amperage? but yeah its been a day without its restarting so thats good
.
(Device restart in device log it either means it got manually restarted, automatically restarted through the config, or it could be the router lost power)

Sorry for my late reply, the device can support DC 12V/1.5A power supply, please use the proper power adapter then check whether it is still the same issue.

No everything is back to normal now, just faulty power adaptor, thank you
