Never Mind i fix this issue by downgrading the firmware from
AP_3.0(1)B11P218 Firmware
                         to
AP_3.0(1)B11P210 Firmware
Before you proceed make sure you uncheck the Keep Setup

if you cant download or error page just go this site
https://www.ruijienetworks.com/products/Reyee-Wireless/reyee-indoor-ap/RG-RAP2200E
go to
documents then find
Ruijie RG-RAP2200E Series Access Point AP_3.0(1)B11P210 Firmware
